Melanie J. Condon

Melanie focuses her practice on general liability litigation including construction liability and premises liability. She handles all aspects of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, arbitration, mediation, and settlement.  Melanie has additional experience counseling and defending insurers on coverage matters under general liability policies. Her related practice experience includes handling claims under professional and general liability policies as a claims adjuster for a national insurance company. Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig Namazi Eckert & Sheehan, Melanie represented manufacturers in toxic tort litigation.
