David is an associate in the firm’s construction, insurance, and general civil litigation practices. He handles all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings, discovery and depositions, to arbitration, mediation and settlement. 

Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig Namazi Eckert & Sheehan, David gained civil litigation experience in various practice areas including civil rights, commercial and motor vehicle accidents. David also worked as an immigration attorney assisting asylum seekers and as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County.
