Bashir F. Masani

Bashir represents clients in construction liability and general liability matters in New York State courts.  He focuses his practice on counseling owners, developers and contractors, as well as architectural and engineering professionals in all aspects of construction law.  Bashir handles all phases of the litigation process, from pleadings, discovery and depositions to arbitration, mediation and settlement.

Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney, Bashir litigated medical malpractice actions on behalf of hospital and medical professional clients across the state of New York.
