Aldo A. Caira, III

Aldo is an associate in the firm’s construction, insurance, and general civil litigation practices. He handles all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings, discovery and depositions, to arbitration, mediation and settlement.

Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney, Aldo gained experience practicing at a regional civil litigation firm across numerous practice areas including construction accident and New York labor law, property damage, insurance coverage, and premises liability.  As a former Assistant Corporation Counsel, he also previously represented the City of New York and its agencies in a variety of personal injury, civil rights, and administrative law matters.
