Evan earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School, where he also achieved a Certificate in Maritime Law and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Maritime Law Journal for Volume 50. Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig Namazi Eckert & Sheehan, Evan gained useful experience through judicial externships and legal internships.
