Pablo focuses his practice on litigating construction liability, premises liability, labor law, and general liability matters. He handles all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings, discovery and depositions to arbitration, mediation and settlement.

Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney, Pablo worked at a law firm specializing in insurance defense matters both in New York and California.
